This is going to be a very short post but.....Only 34.5 more hours! I packed my bag tonight. Tomorrow evening the hubster and I will be leaving the kids with my MIL and will be heading down to a hotel near where my surgeon is located at (about 4.5 hours from us). We'll stay the night at a hotel, then wake up early Tuesday morning and I'll have my surgery. I have clinical tomorrow all day long or else we would have left earlier tomorrow, but I'll be tied up until about 5pm. I still am extremely excited about it all though. I had my first tiny bit of nervousness this evening when I started thinking about how it's really almost time. But it was quickly gone just as fast as it came and I started getting excited again. I have been put under before for a couple other previous surgeries I have had years ago and I was never really nervous, so this isn't much different. Only this time I think I will be in more pain post-op than my other surgeries! Haha! Well, it's off to bed for me. Gotta get some good sleep tonight. Got a long day tomorrow in clinical, then a looong car ride to the hotel.
